How do I see the apartments?

You need to come to our office located at 730 24th Street, N.W. #19. We are located 1.5 blocks from the Foggy Bottom Metro station. You need to bring a form of identification & your last two pay stubs. All who intend to occupy the unit must complete an application form. The fee is $50.00 per person for applicants residing in the DC metro area and $70.00 per person for applicants residing outside of the DC metro area. Payment in the form of money order is preferred. No personal checks are accepted. The application fee is non-refundable.

Lease holders are to be at least 18 years of age or a co-signer is needed. Good credit & rental history and sufficient income to cover rent & monthly bills. Each building has its own income to debt ratio.

Only when the applicants income does not meet the building department's requirements or the applicant has yet to establish credit. In the event an applicant's credit is very low, or "bad", a cosigner is not allowed.

All parties listed as leaseholder, co-signer or occupant of the unit must sign the lease agreement. All parties need to bring a form of identification in order to sign the lease agreement. The first month's rent and security deposit are to be paid my money order or certified check. You will receive a copy of your lease & the keys to your new home.

Only the first month's rent and security deposit need to be in the form of certified funds. Subsequent payments can be made via personal check from those listed on the lease agreement.
